So, finished uni for this year, well, nearly, I just have one assessment interview to rock up too in which they tell me about my piece, and then I'm really done.

Have been catching up on sleep.

But it is too hot to sleep.

On the other hand, roadtrip was amazing, and on Halloween, all we did was play poker and watch a terrible movie of a Halloween theme. In other words, we watched Twilight.

So I was going through my old music folders, and my love for Alice Nine is reignited. However, also during looking through my songs, I stumbled across this icon of Shou, AND I DON'T REMEMBER WHO MADE IT. But holy crap it's epic. Late DGM rant. Sooooo disappointed in the latest chapter. 50 pages of almost nothing happening. Most overhyped chapter in the series yet. It probably would not have been as bad was it not for that huge hiatus gap. Kanda's past revealed! Lies =(

Anywhoo, it's that time of year again, the RECOMMEND AMY SOME SERIES TO READ/WATCH/PLAY 8D Cos I feel so out of the loop with everything, especially when my net gets so slow so often, so now I dunno what's good or not out of the new things 8(;;; Still keeping up with the old stuff though. So rec awaaaay.

So I was digging through my old music files, when I stumbled an oddly named video file I never remembered having. Well, I remember having it, but it wasn't the name I thought it was under.

Some time in the middle of highschool, Iva gave me this to watch: Click me and watch boys in shorts.

Basically, my first reaction then was "HOLY CRAP IS THAT SKINNY GUY WEARING SHORTS?!" Skinny guy being Yamashita Tomohisa [who, sadly enough, Mum kind of eyehumps now. Way to ruin my childhood. But hey, at least he started getting a pretty good body for a Japanese idol. I approve of them muscles, because they're not bones. MOVING ALONG...] I never really cared for NEWS, even after Iva's "But those shorts make him look cute >8", and I'm still so-so over them, although I admire how far they have gotten.

Anyway, after the initial shock of "How the hell did he brave those shorts", it took another realisation that Yamapi is less than a year older than me, and that Tegoshi is definitely younger [I forget about Massu, but I think he is younger too.] What's freaky is that all this time before maybe last year, I thought these punks were a lot older than me, because of what they have acheived, which is a total misconception, since you can acheive awesomeness at a young age too.

But seriously, if I was in high school while these boys were already making hit songs, and we're all about the same age, then what the hell have I been doing all this time? It then reminded me of w-inds, who Molly, Candice and Iva were into [cos cool dance moves ftw], and then remembered that one of their charms was they were around the same age as us. It just lead us to relate to them more. In this case, I'm relating to NEWS because they did a helluva things, whereas I'm here, slacking my arse off, deferred a couple of years, and only returned back to uni this year. SOB. BEATEN BY SOME PRETTY BOYS. [Who never gets beaten by them, seriously.]

Then I look at those shorts again and think "...Not worth it." Those be some amazing chicken legs you got there, Mini!Yamapi. *gets murdered by a legion of Yamapi fans*

I bet half this rant occurred because I SHOULD BE SLEEPING...NOT DIGGING UP OLD FILES...zzzzzzzz.

So one semester of uni has finished, and. No. Exams. At. All. Hells. Yes.

But one next semester guh. Not to mention I have the ugliest timetable in the world for next sem because my net was too slow to log in. And then I got sick and slept for two hours during which everyone else nabbed the good stuff. Life sucks.

So I need a new weapon to scab all the internet at uni, which means a new laptop [esp since the keyboard to the one I'm using now is...broken. I'm typing on a flexible keyboard connected to the laptop right now.]

So I want this net book: Toshiba NB200. A Dynabook hells yes. They're having a special on it, but with netbooks having no CD/DVD drive, I'm hesistant and thinking of an ultraportable instead. [Stuff saving up for Macbook, I want a Toshiba.]

Also, back to needing a new phone [yes, I still haven't gotten one from a few months ago when I asked the Sony vs Samsung question ;-;], I'm leaning to this Sony Ericsson w508 since it's got a $20/month plan unlike the rest [so it's probably a cheap crap phone but eh], and is not a smartphone and still got enough features to keep me entertained. I am so sick of smartphones and smartphone wannabes cos that's all there is right now and all I want is a phone with BUTTONS, and not a touchscreen or a keyboard on the front. *so old fashioned, and I think they're butt-ugly* Though I wouldn't mind a slide keyboard, hyuk. [Still, I think the hottest phone in the world is the one I have now =( a Samsung X830. Just...it's too old and I can't find a new battery for it (the only dying part, it's still fine). But this is the reason why I just can't find a new phone XD;;;;;]

Why the hell is everything so damn expensive >8|

EDIT: New South Wales, we're a desert country. Just because it's been raining forever, and we suddenly get some water over the level, it doesn't mean it's time to take off the water restriction. Just you wait till we run out of water again, then you'd be wishing we have the restriction to stop wastage =_=

I am so close to collapsing right now from lack of sleep, which tells me to watch anime late night with an essay due tomorrow. I'll never learn >>;;;

On happier news, I got my mail from a million years ago, because YesAsia kept going out of stock on certain anime goods. But that's not the happy stuff, its that I finally got Kagrra's latest CD, First print [...from...April...] and I feel zeeeeeen. Instead of "I hate everything", because of the last few weeks doing Audio. Sure, I learnt an instrument, and finished, but really, doesn't mean I can master the software in three hours to whip up professional level music. That's what the next semester courses are for =o=;

One of the assignments I have to finish has a choice of watching V for Vendetta. Do want. But I need to go rent the DVD again, cos it turns out I didn't burn a copy like I hallucinated.

Two more weeks of uni, WHOOHOO, and no exams, but I think we have to show up during exam week to show them our work. Speaking of, I created my first company logo that is not for my company xD It's way too cute, but I'm kind of proud of it. *will show once the semester is over*

In RP land, ubau is getting so much fun, and everyone's so nice T^T Talented people everywhere, and great casts. I just need to get more active after all these assignments and make more events and stuff.

And now, with 4 things due, I really must stop playing Phantasy Star Portable [everything in it is so much more affordable than PSU in PS2], and...do assignments. And watch movies.

I'm finding myself in more accidents lately 8D;;; And all of them usually before drawing on friday [it's a sign.]

Meanwhile, this uni uses...freakin Macs. I know a lot of you probably use it, but me and Mac, we're not cool with each other >| So I hate it. But with all these Mac only programs they're making us use, it's looking near impossible to go through the three years without a Mac [NOOOO] and it's waaaaay too expensive for me [4 grand for a laptop, HELL NO. That's a plane ticket, return.] Just for price alone...TEAM PC *shot*

David's been giving me all his anime, and Mononoke is pretty good, and I like that trippy art style. I've been getting into Hale+Guu as well XD Now he's trying to get me into K-ON. But instead I went and finished BECK: MCS and I swear it's still one of the best mangas to date. Anime...so-so. And Ubel Blatt started off shite and is getting really good now, and with the frequent updates it'll keep me amused while WSJ is in Golden Week, and DGM on hiatus [again].
